In Origenu you will find American companies that are giving back with every product they sell. Every vendor on Origenu has been handpicked by our team to bring you truly world-changing brands.
To access your account you must first create one on Origenu. Remember that you must verify your account through a link that is sent to your email when you register.
Once you have created your account, be it a seller or a buyer, you can enter it in the upper right header of the page.
There are two types of accounts: Vendor Account and Customer Account.
As a Customer you can search and buy the products you like, and as a Vendor you can start offering your products through the marketplace.
To create a customer account, enter here and create your username and password.
From there just confirm your email address and start finding products that support the Causes you love!
To create a vendor account, enter here and create your username and password.
From there we will ask you for some additional information and will start the verification process so that you can start selling on Origenu!
If you want to update your account information, you can do so by going to your account in the Settings section here.
There you can access all the basic information of your account and update your infornation.
If you do not remember your password or want to change it for security reasons, you can access your account in the Settings section here.
If you have not been able to access your account, we will send you a verification email to the email you registered on the platform, with which you can access the site again to update your password.

If you wish to close your account, you can do so by sending an email to info@origenu.com.
Remember that by closing your account you may permanently lose all the information and settings you have in it.
To sell on Origenu, the first thing you must do is register as a vendor. This can be done by creating a new account or by logging in here.
There you will find a form to apply as a vendor to the platform. Once approved, you can start selling on the Marketplace.
On Origenu you can offer all kinds of products, from fashion accessories to pet products, as long as they support an ethical, social and/or environmental cause. You can check out the complete list of approved and prohibited items you can sell on Origenu in our Terms and Conditions.
At the end of the checkout process, you will be be able to choose your payment method. On this page you can choose between: paying with Credit Card or Debit Card via Stripe, or pay through Paypal.
There can be many causes for the problems you may be having with the payment of your order. If you are using a credit or debit card, try to contact your financial institution to verify that your card is working correctly.
If the portal presents problems we will try to solve it as soon as possible. The first thing you should do is send us an email to support@origenu.com with a screenshot of the order and we will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.
If the time stipulated for the delivery of your product has been fulfilled and you have not received your product yet, you can write to us at help@origenu.com and we will help you carry out the claim process.
Your order will be delivered in the time stipulated at the time of purchase as defined by the vendor.
It is important that you know from the beginning the shipping method and the time it may take for your order to arrive. You will find this information when you are making the final purchase process and on the page of each product.
If you received the wrong products or products in poor condition, you must send a request to the vendor stipulating what is wrong with your order. Please check the Terms and Conditions regarding defective products.
The vendor will update the status of your order. You can enter your account and see the status of each of your orders.
